Veteran actor Govinda sustained a gunshot injury to his leg after an accidental discharge of his licensed firearm.
The incident occurred early in the morning, around 4:30 AM, while he was preparing to leave for the airport from his Juhu residence. According to police reports, the misfire happened when he was handling the gun, and the bullet struck his leg. Fortunately, the actor is now out of danger.

He was immediately taken to CritiCare Hospital, where he is currently receiving treatment. It has been reported that he is in the ICU as doctors monitor his condition closely.

The bullet struck his leg. Doctors have removed the bullet, and his condition is stable. He is still under medical observation at the hospital.”
